Hello,

My name is April and I'm 32 years old. I joined because I need support. When I last weighed myself I was 220lbs. I had dropped to 197 awhile back and then gained it all back. I struggle with not eating healthy and I have not exercised much. Today I will be trying my first Zumba class and I started walking. I am trying to eat better but need a better meal plan. When I was younger I was thin and I slowly began to creep up over the years. My work did the Biggest Loser Challenge which was when I dropped down to 197 from 222. I was disappointed in myself for gaining it all back. So I am trying to start a healthy journey again.

April that is great you did such an amazing thing like losing over 20 pounds. Now to do it and make it stick.

How did your Zumba class go? I hear it's fun. I might try it at home.

With ya at 220 range. Weighed in at 221 today and 222 yesturday. We will see on Sunday how I do this next few days.
