Hello,
My name is April and I'm 32 years old. I joined because I need support. When I last weighed myself I was 220lbs. I had dropped to 197 awhile back and then gained it all back. I struggle with not eating healthy and I have not exercised much. Today I will be trying my first Zumba class and I started walking. I am trying to eat better but need a better meal plan. When I was younger I was thin and I slowly began to creep up over the years. My work did the Biggest Loser Challenge which was when I dropped down to 197 from 222. I was disappointed in myself for gaining it all back. So I am trying to start a healthy journey again. |

April that is great you did such an amazing thing like losing over 20 pounds. Now to do it and make it stick.
How did your Zumba class go? I hear it's fun. I might try it at home. With ya at 220 range. Weighed in at 221 today and 222 yesturday. We will see on Sunday how I do this next few days. Looking forward to your journey. |
