I am a 26 year old who has always had trouble with her weight. I suspect it is portion control as I don't eat chips, oil, sugar, alcohol, fried products etc. I do have aweakness for nuts and seem to raavage the house after going out😕. I need help with learning to discipline my portion control. I need lose weight to become happy again.
Portion control was my problem, as well. I mostly ate fairly healthy, just way too much. Sometimes with today's huge plates and drink cups and such it's hard to know what a real portion looks like.
