Hi guys

My name is Amy, I am 34 years old and have struggled with weight related issues through out my life. Right now I am at a positive stage of my life where I am comfortable with my weight and the happiest I have been since I was a child.

I have signed up to this forum basically to help out where ever I can. I love helping others, the same way I was helped. Look forward to talking to you all soon!!
