Default Motivation Needed

Hello! I am Katie. I am a mom of three (2 years, 3 years, & 5 years old). I have generally been a pretty fit person. However, busy mom life and a Pelvic Organ Prolapse diagnosis have gotten the best of me. When I do find the motivation to work out, it's quickly squashed when I have a flare-up of POP symptoms. I have seen a Physical Therapist regarding my POP, but it's a slow healing process.

Last week the scale hit an all-time high and it's made me pretty upset. I want to be healthy, not only for myself but to teach my children healthy habits they can carry through their life.

I'd love to find an accountability partner or two. I need someone to help when the motivation isn't there or I try to make excuses that don't really matter!
