Red face The Beginning



Hello, world. I am starting a new chapter in my life as as new full-time professional mother-of-two. It is likely that my family is now complete and now I would like to get my body back. I am officially at my highest point [weight] ever (feels like my lowest point...) and struggling to make healthy eating and exercise a priority while also raising two daughters, the youngest just turning 6 weeks old. In just a few weeks I will be returning to work full-time with more responsibilities to juggle.

My plan, initially, is to log everything I am eating to be more mindful and make healthy choices. I would like start a regular exercise routine, but right now am focusing on moving whenever I can find a blissful moment of both kids napping at the same time. I generally eat healthy, except for those times that I don't. I need accountability to maintain consistency.
