Hey guys,
I had heard of this site a while ago but I never took the time to check it out. A big part of that was because I didn't think I would need the type of support that a community like this gives, but I was being somewhat delusional. I'm looking to make a change and I want to lead a much healthier lifestyle and lose a good amount of weight. Working out and dieting can be hard to do on your own, so i'm looking to see what I can learn from here to use to support my journey. Hopefully, I might be able to help someone someday too. Anyway, sorry for the longwinded introduction, it feels good to join this community. Thanks.
