Default G-free, torn meniscus, peri-menopause... but doing it!

Hi there!

I am working on losing weight through some of the highest stress in my life. I have a torn meniscus, have to eat gluten free and cook most everything my family eats, am hitting menopause, am going back to school this fall, am just finishing a couple of online courses, have kids in elementary school, start volunteering next week... BUT I AM DOING THIS!!!!!!!

Positive attitude, doing what I can for exercise(3000 steps and increasing my strength), am focusing on eating healthy, and refusing to let the challenges of life slow me down too much.

If the scale doesn't show it, my clothes will, or my energy levels will or I will celebrate being stronger. Every improvement is still an improvement!!!!!

I am going to give the 50lbs I need to lose a run for their money, one way or another! I can be more stubborn than the weight!!!
