Hey beauties, how's everyone feeling today?
So, a bit about me:
My 'goal' is to be smaller than I am now by August - be it ten pounds, twenty, thirty I'll be happy with whatever result as long
as there is a change. My highest weight was 230 lbs. I lost a bit of weight last year while I was pregnant with my daughter,
losing 50 lbs by the time she was born, an additional 5 lbs the first month of postpartum only to raise back up to 185.
So that's where I am now. 185 lbs.
I've got the Noom app on my phone, which helps me keep track of my exercise and calorie intake. Once the weather
(I'm in Canada) is less frigid, I plan on going for long walks with the baby. Otherwise I'll just be watching what I eat.
Wish me luck, I'm gonna need it.
