I'm doing it this time!
So after being a diabetic for 23 years, type 2 insulin dependent, I have finally acknowledged how non compliant of a diabetic that I was. The health got worse and the weight creeped back on. I have been 99% gluten free for the last two months and about 95% extremely low carb....couldn't give up the cheerios...I have finally admitted my faults and am moving in the right direction. My fiance is doing it with me. I haven't gotten fully into the whole exercise routine yet, but I'm getting there.
Been on this site before, I made friends and i gained a lot of support at the time. So looking forward to it again.
