Hello everyone. This is my first post. I'm a stay at home Mom of two. We are living in Athens, Greece. Our life is really pretty stressful now due to the crisis. My husband works long hours, this cannot be avoided as we would not be able to survive otherwise. I spend many evenings alone after my kids go to bed. This is when I am at my worst. I am capable of emptying the presses of anything with sugar content. I find the sugar helps comfort me. I'm hoping that by becoming a member here will help me get out all of the things building inside me so that I can become strong again and stay out of the cupboards!
You are meeting me at my heaviest, 76 kilos. I really cannot cope with getting any bigger. It's soul destroying not being able to fit into my clothes anymore. My kids making light fun of my jelly belly but I'm no longer happy with who I am.
I am ready to take action and I would love to meet some people here who can encourage me and help me on my way. I look forward to getting to know you.
Hello Mommy_struggles. It's my first day on here too. Hope you are able to motivate yourself and we are here to encourage you. You are better off than me at 76kg. I'm at 81kg so a lot more to lose than you. We can do this.
Hi mommystruggles, wow, I have some family in Athens Greece and spent my summers growing up there. Nice to meet you! We get updated frequently on the conditions there and I can imagine how stressful it must be. A lot of people have gone into a depression. I hope things get better.
