Hello! Sorry, but many of us are at our heaviest weight and are either going through or are through menopause. What are your plan going forward? Can't move forward if we dwell in the past!

Web woman, small steps, walking at least 30 minutes daily, rain or shine, more fruits and veggies and more water. Any suggestions?

What works for me is eating lots of fiber and VERY low carbs (no sweets!). Lots of water is great! I take Glucomannan capules twice daily and also have been 'snacking' on chocolate organic protein shakes which really fill me up. Fruits are good but make sure they are low glycemic; ie, strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blueberries and the like. Some fruit have just too much sugar, even dried fruit such as raisins and the like. Chicken breasts, fish, and other lean meats with broccoli or mixed vegs work for meals. Skip all bread (100% carbs).

Don't eat until you're 'full'... being hungry is not an emergency, and you need to accept that feeling as progress! Your body needs to live on what it needs, not on what tastes good.
Don't eat like the people around you if it's not healthy or or it's simply comfort food.

I would also suggest getting even more exercise, even 2 walks a day.

If you want to see a change, you have to make that change It's all up to you, no one else can make this happen.

Thumbs up Keep working at it

I know you are feeling discouraged. When you get to thinking negatively, do something to take your mind away. Head out for a walk. Turn on some old rock and roll song you can dance to. Call someone.
I am kind of in the same spot as you are, but for different reasons.
Chin up and good luck!
