I'm Back... again
So I am back again. Last time I was here (2014) I started at 311 and only managed to lose about 10 lbs before letting myself go. Now I am back again and started at 335. I am already down 11ish lbs.
I really wanted it to stick last time but gave up way too quickly. This time I am trying to just eat better and be more active. I was prompted to make a change because when I tracked a meal I realized that I was averaging 300-400 carbs per day. Most of my diet was carbs and fat.
