Hi, Am here for support both short-term and long-term. Today I started Optifast (through local hospital) and will be on that for 15 weeks and hopefully the 30-40 lbs. they say I'll lose. After that I hope to take off another 20. At 203 and 5'1" I'll be thrilled with that ... and keeping it off. My weakness seems to be everything ... snacking, bad choices, lack of exercise ... I could go on. Hoping with just 10 lbs. off the issue with one knee will get better ... and if not at least can get to doctor knowing some weight loss didn't help. And even getting a few lbs. off should help me want to exercise without feeling wiped out. Looking to share support with you all!
