From time to time I give up drinking soda. But I drink alot of teas and coffees. I keep bottled water in the fridge and in my car. I try to alternate from 1 water bottle for every 1 glass of something else. Also when crunching the protein requirements I also factor the amount of water needed to digest and absorb proteins. But I try to keep things simple. If I do drink from a soda bottle. I refill it with water before recycling it. I'm glad to hear from you again. Are you on any of the check in threads?
Your 20 lb loss is inspiration. I glad for this site in that there are many people's with inspiration to check in with.
