Welcome dele. Yes, weight creeps up if you don't watch it. Always gotta keep a close eye on it. I put on 8 pounds since my last loss, and decided enough is enough.
Now I am trying to get back. I have read that the secret to maintain is: you gotta keep an eye on your weight. If you go up more than 3 pounds after maintenance, you have to do something about it, either upper your cardio or change your diet, so don't let yourself go up more than 3 pounds, only allow yourself 3 pounds of slack, that's it.
