Hello New Here
Hello All,
I decided to join this forum so I could get some continuous support while I begin my journey (again) to lose weight. In 2014/2015, I lose about 65 pounds and I was so close to being my goal weight. Long story short, life events put me into a depressed mood and I gained it almost all back. I am 5'10'' woman (41 years old) who was skinny almost all my life until I gave birth in 2010 at the age of 34. I was at 250 lbs about 6 weeks ago. I am now down to 227. So, I have lost 23 lbs in 6 weeks or so. My goal weight is 175. Once I get there, I will decide whether or not I want to shed a few additional pounds.
I am kind of an older mom, so I know that I need to lose the weight to get healthy. My plan this time is to stay healthy once I get there.
Looking forward to learning some new techniques to shed the weight while building some muscle (very important when you are in your 40's). I do not want to be 45-50 and more over weight than I am now. I want to get and stay strong in my early 40's so I can enjoy the rest of my life.
