Hello everyone i stumbled upon this site and am looking forward to changing my life for the better. Today I tipped my scale at my highest weight 302 pounds. It shouldn't really have been a shock, with how ive been taking care of myself well not taking care of myself that is. Today is the day i start really trying instead of all my failed attempts and giving up. Me and my husband decided we want to start trying to have children next year and i really want to be in better shape before tying to conceive. Im going to start by counting calories, drinking more water and teas and less soda, i also want to take my pets on at least 3 walks out of the week. if anyone has any advise id love to hear it! i also have hypothyroidism if any one has advise with that id also love to hear it!
