Need a friend to keep me on track

    I need help and would like to find someone who would keep me motivated to reach my goal. I have been trying to lose weight for the last 15 years with no success, I keep gaining 10-20 LB every year. I used to weight 140 back in my early 20s but then got busy started work, family etc, and not I am 228 LB. I have managed to lose 14lb in the last two months but keep gaining back 4lb one week and lose the same 4lb the next week. I need help from someone who will keep me motivated to stick to my plan every week and not go back and forth one week healthy, one week binge. I am existed mentally. If there is anyone who would like to lose the game amount of weight and would like to keep each other motivated, send let's connect so that we can start this journey and reach our goal.

    I have befriended you both, and left you a message on your profile. send me your email address and we can connect I am not sure how this works, but can we create a thread that we can talk about our day or what we have done, or the change that we are going to make each day. I know what I need to do to get in shape and lose all the weight but I just don't seem to keep it. So I have decided to change one thing at a time and we can do it together then we can stick to it. I propose we each write down what are the trigger foods that make us go over board and decide to eliminate one every one of two weeks, and keep adding to it until we eliminate all the bad foods that have gotten us in this shape.
