I am not sure how this works, but can we create a thread that we can talk about our day or what we have done, or the change that we are going to make each day. I know what I need to do to get in shape and lose all the weight but I just don't seem to keep it. So I have decided to change one thing at a time and we can do it together then we can stick to it. I propose we each write down what are the trigger foods that make us go over board and decide to eliminate one every one of two weeks, and keep adding to it until we eliminate all the bad foods that have gotten us in this shape.
