Default Hello again!

Well here I am, back again after about 4 months of being totally inactive. Luckily only put on about 4lbs in that time, but looking to start again anyways.

I bought a Fitbit the other day and have to say that it's been so motivating - love seeing 500+ calories burnt while I'm asleep!

I'm making a conscious effort to increase my incidental exercise throughout the day, and I'm hoping that it will pay off

When I first started to lose weight, I had specific goals that I wanted to accomplish by a certain date, but found myself unmotivated when the date passed and I hadn't met the goal.

Do you find it more motivating when you have specific goals to meet?

I don't find it more motivating to have weight loss goals. Because I can't control that. My body might decide it wants to stay the same for a while, no matter how "good" I've been. So I like to make choices goals. So many exercise minutes per week, so many days "perfectly on plan", etc.
