Default Hey 3FC!
Hi 3FC community,

Once again I am on this long journey to become healthy. I am engaged to be married in May 2017, and I really want to get my weight in control. In 2007, I underwent the lap band surgery and following the surgery I lost about 70 lbs and over time I have gained 30 back

I understand that nothing works but work when it comes to getting fit, and I am once again ready to start my journey.

Any insight, advice, or tips are welcomed!
