Hello, 3FC -
So happy to have found a *real* and *active* community of losers.
This is probably the millionth time I've attempted weight loss, and I'm sure many of you can relate. So we must ask - why is this different? I'm approaching this not as weight loss (this time) but as behavior change. I'm reading Beck's Diet for Life and Diet Solution and will reach out to that group here.
