Hi!
Hi, I'm Lisa (aka Lak) I've been in ww for the past 6 months and have lost as well as starting to exercise which is a struggle for me b/c I hate all kinds of physical activity. But, I'm trying.
I have two main problems that I could use encouragement with:
1. I thought when I lost weight, I'd look better, that the fat around my tummy and hips would melt away. It's melted but still and most likely always be there no matter how much I weigh. If anyone else feels this way, what do you do?
2. My husband and children are thin. Son runs CC & track for a college ( 8 miles a day is nothing for him) he eats everything! My daughter is a spin instructor at the Y -- enough said about her... and, my husband is a triathlete.
It's hard for me. Any encouragement? Please don't tell me to exercise more, I loathe it. Two days a week at the Y is all I can take.
