I'm Seaneen! I'm 26, 5'3", and I currently weight about 170 pounds.
This is my story, from 2013-2014 I went from 210 pounds to 135. Unfortunately I didn't understand weight loss very well, and I now realize that I had been eating 800-900 calories a day, which is much too low. Because I was depriving my brain of the nutrients it needed, I became severely depressed which sent me back into binge eating for comfort, and I've gained about 40 pounds back. I've been working on my emotional struggles, and decided this week to start a new , get back in the Gym, but this time , eat enough. I'm hoping I'll be able to make some friends, and really build a support system. I didn't really have one last time, so I'm ready to do things the right way!!!!
