Just found out about this amazing forum. Had a good look trough it and found amazing people here that give their best to get healthy and fit and also help everyone here!
My name is Alex I am from Romania and I have a long way to go but with this kind of place I think there is nothing we can not achieve.
I am a pretty big guy only because I chose to be lazy and not take my life under control. I would just say it is not my fault.
I used to not care how big I get until I realized how hard things get. I mean I am in that stage that the only thing that makes me get off my bed is my bladder and cat that I must feed.
That was not too long ago... like a week maybe.
But now I want to retake control and do everything that is neccesary to lose all this fat.
