It's great to find this. I've been working on weight loss for almost s year, beginning with WW which seemed to stop working for me and now with a nuitritionist. I so would like to drop a chunk of weight (220 now, aim to lose 50) but it's been slow going!!! Certainly some bad habits I need to
Mend, but also in in my early 50s and it seems harder (imagination?) up 2 down 3 up 2 yikes!!! I also am on depression meds which I hear can make the journey a bit tuffer. Would love to hear from you and thanks for being here
