Good morning all
I am new to my weight loss journey. Starting weight 10 stone 10 weight measurement 36 inches bmi 25. Hate the fact all my clothes are so uncomfortable right now! Cross with myself that I've let my lack of willpower has let the numbers all creep up. Need to lose just 1 stone 4 pounds.
