I'm not to sure on a low carb diet but I like searching stuff on google - this web page might help you its about low carb plateaus

I have heard people say these things that work for plateaus 1. shake it up change how you eat - eat a big meal earlier on and small ones later if usually eat more at night
2. add protein to what you eat
3.try add a low calorie day every now and then -and have a higher calorie day next day then the usual and the following day go back to normal - not sure how that works with low carb - maybe a no carb day? or very low carbs - unprocessed natural occurring ones only
