I joined IP after seeing my coworkers have GREAT success with the program. I have hit my highest weight of all-time and really need to lose weight for my health.

I just started IP Wed (4/13). I'm at my heaviest and felt like I always gained/lost the same 5 pound in all my other attempts.
How is it going for you?
I have my first weigh in (at day 6 not 7) and am hopeful all the reading I've done about this plan will provide me with smile significant results.
What foods have you been getting? I got my starter pack with a variety and have had several bit am unsure what I really want for week 2!!! (Soups? What breakfadt item? )
