Atina! Happy to have you here!

I hesitate to offer any real "diet" advice because as you can see by my ticker I've succeeded and regained and am back to losing again, though, to be completely honest, I just can't seem to wrap my head around what I need to do to lose again. If I have any one piece of advice that I for sure know is helpful, it is to really peruse (at your leisure) the various threads on this site. I find them to be a constant source of inspiration and support. For instance, I lurk on the Maintainers threads http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/living-maintenance-170/ because I want to have more insight on maintenance once I return there. And I will! Also, check out the various challenges that are going on http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/chic...challenge-159/. While I haven't been tremendously successful at them, I know that participating is a major reason why my regain hasn't been more. Personally, I have found a home here http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/100-lb-club-55/.

I'm thrilled to have stumbled upon 3FC and I've received so much support and kindness here and I know you will too. I encourage you to post and post often because you'll find that most threads have their regulars and welcome new folks readily. Regulars also happen to be a chatty bunch . So, take your time, explore and don't be a stranger!

You're very welcome, Atina! And I agree, 3FC can be a bit overwhelming that's why I thought looking around some--like you would in a giant department store--might help you get your bearings. One thing I forgot, I don't know how old you are, but checking out the age defined groups might be helpful http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/support-groups-122/. What I like about those groups is that while there is a number attached to the thread, you are more than welcome to pop in and out of those as well and join discussions. No one does and I.D. check before you can post

Happy exploring!
