hey im bee (ya i know everyone knows someone with that nickname but what can i say )

i weigh loads and im sortof depressed about my weight but no matter what i do it just goes up! so im done trying on my own and now im here.

i dont do much besides work and lay around. no hobbies. no interests really.
idk my weight is what has me in this funk, so im thinking maybe if i got it off, at least ill have a goal, something to work towards, get back in the habit of actually getting off my butt to do things.
im 19 btw and i have a job, and dont go to any schools. i have 1 1/2 friend(s?)

dont know what else to put

Hello Bee! It's nice to meet you!

I can totally relate to not doing much besides working and laying around haha....I'm a loaf and I like to be lazy when I get home. I put on my nightgown and zone out to Netflix ;-) and I can totally relate to your weight getting you in a funk. I can't tell you how many times I broke down and cried to my boyfriend about me being overweight and not feeling very feminine at all.

The first course of action I guess would be to cut out liquid calories. Do you drink a lot of soda? Well, change that to water. If you like iced tea, make some hot tea and then add some sugar or honey to it and chill it. That would be better than drinking the commercial stuff as there is a LOT of sugar in those. If you don't get a lot of liquid calories, then try cutting out the unhealthy potato chips and brownies (lol). Start doing those things and get some ankle weights lol. It's a place to start! Keep us in the know!
