Hi everyone,
I'm 46 from UK. All my life my weight has gone up and down like a prostitute's knickers! Basically because I go in spells of eating all the wrong things. I comfort eat because I have a chronic pain condition. But the weight gain then exacerbates symptoms and I lose it again. At the moment I'm 14 stone and need to get back to 10 stone. I am a chocoholic! I'm struggling to actually get started on healthy eating this time around and I know for sure that once the weight goes this time, I can't let it go on again.
So I'm here for support and also to offer support to whoever might need it.
