Default Hi, newbie here!
Hi, I have been struggling. I hit rock bottom in 2012 and lost 40lbs over 6 months. Slowing ten came back and over the last 2 months I gained 10 more. I am going on at topical vacation in a couple of weeks. I started packing and realized I had to buy new clothes because last summers were too tight. In other words would not do up! I know the weight isn't going to magically disappear in 2 weeks I have the basics I need. I want my work clothes for summer to fit or maybe be too big when summer hits. I realize I need support to make the scale change in a positive direction. I did some looking and this group looks very supportive and positive.

Welcome - this is the place to be. The people on this site are so helpful and nice. I have read a lot of the posts and we are all the same. We all have the same struggles and desires.

What I have been finding helpful is reading peoples blogs. There are some helpful tips and suggestions.

Maybe join one of the challenges.

Hi I'm new here too, I'm 21 and currently at 150 lbs need to lose these pounds fast specially since I was diagnosed with type 2
