I'm sorry, I thought I had mentioned it was the "Quick Weight loss Program".
After the first week, I managed to loose 4 pounds, but then it stopped and for the past three days, I have not lost an ounce.
I'm taking the supplements, the carb burners, the water reducing pill. My breakfast consist of 2 hard boiled eggs and coffee.
Lunch: Salad, with a 5 oz chicken breast with oil/vinegar.
Supper: Salad with 6 oz of meat, fish or chicken. Approx 5-6 20oz bottles of water a day. That's it, I still cannot manage to lose weight.
I'm frustrated.
