Default 3rd time introducing myself!
Hi everyone!

I'm back for my third time on 3FC. The forum really worked for me last year and I realised I needed more support than I thought.
I successfully lost 15 pounds the first time I was on 3FC and gained 20 since leaving the forum.

There's nothing like the power of accountability and I'm happy to be back

Current weight: 170.2 lbs
Goal weight: 145 lbs
