Hey! Iv got 3.5stone to loose and id be very happy if i could loose a nice bit of it before my birthday in april. I lost 2stone early last year but then slowly gained a stone of it back. Iv started a shake diet from tesco. I have a shake for my breakfast a meal at lunch and a shake for dinner. Im planning on sticking to low calorie snacks but only when really require just a small orange or something and plenty of fluids to help keep me feeling full. If anyone would like to buddy up or is starting today/already started and has a similar weight to loose please feel free to comment
