It's OK to feel overwhelmed. This struggle is real!
How about journaling to let it all out in a healthy way?
How about writing down all the pros for losing weight and using that as motivator to stay on track?
I am on Atkins, what are you doing?
What has worked for me in the past is planning meals well in advance.
I have failed over and over again and am trying once again to stay on track and do the right thing.
I know that theory is so much easier than putting it all in practice. Hey, look at the positive side: we are no giving up! We failed but here we are trying again and being determined to succeed.
