Hi everyone!
My name is Sarah and after being a lurker on the site for a while I decided to join up! I've struggled with my weight ever since I was a pre-teen, yo-yo dieting until I spiraled into an eating disorder my last few years of high school. After recovering from that, I've since swung the other way and let my weight get out of control again. I did't mind much, except I recently was dumped by a guy a cared a lot about, and I figured now is the time to work on myself instead of wasting time on dating sites lol.
I'm here to lose that stubborn 15-20 pounds and get back into a healthy exercise regimen.
