I've previously (successfully) been on the Atkins diet some 12 years ago and the Lemonade diet, but eventually lost sight of the core ethos behind these diets.
This is the first time I'm on a calorie controlled diet and I've found it to be far more practical and realistic in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.
I've only just completed week-1 of my weight loss regime and it has been fairly easy. I've suffered from the occasional headaches (chicken soup helps) and late night hunger pangs (munch on watermelon) and came here for support and got it.
