Talking ~*What a size 10 is considered obese!?*~
Whoa, so new to the site. Apparently excess fat contributes to the growing negative view I have of myself. I'm literally ready to go crazy..hehe 24, and the lightest I've ever been was 157, back in highschool playing basketball. But hey, I was still fat then too. Now I am ever fatter and can't wear a bathing suit in public. (Not even back in the day either lol) I'm ready to start working out again, so I can be accepted by society! (Cause a size 10 or 12 is considered soo fat you know OMG ) Cause hey, according to the BMI scale I am obese! Fun...haaa...Can I eat some cheese now?

Truth, I'm pretty depressed on the matter. Don't have many friends either, looking for some support! <3

Welcome! I know what you mean, I feel like the BMI scale doesn't really take into account body type and amount of muscle. The lightest I have been after having my kids was 154 lbs and I felt like that was a decent weight for me, although I would love to be in the 130's. I hope you find the support here that you are looking for and good luck!!!
