Hi! I'm using the Tesco ultraslim shake system, with various other dieting things.
I have bipolar, and aspergers, so going to a slimming world group wasn't for me

so I decided to find support else where IE here.
I'm really depressed about my weight! It makes me cry a **** of a lot. I have lot 2lbs in 2 weeks (18st9lbs to 18st7lbs) but it never seems enough. I've only been at the diet two weeks, I need to give it a chance to work!
Any hellos, tips, suggestions etc would be nice. Look forward to talking to you all!
