Hi Everyone, Im brand new to this site and happy to have found it. I started my weight loss journey in July of this year(2015). After letting my body go for about four years I finally made the decision to get back in shape. My starting weight was 292(yikes!). My goal weight is to get down to 140lbs. My first mini goal is 279 and im only 3.5lbs away! Hope to meet some new and encouraging people on this site.
Congrats for starting, and welcome! Looks like you have lost almost ten pounds already, way to go! This site is full of awesome people, start looking around and post in a few threads, and you will find some great folks. Good luck!
