Default I'm Back

About 4 years ago I lost 60lbs by calorie counting and the help of this site. I have since found 30 of those lost pounds and I am working on re-losing them.
I am trying WW Points Plus online to help with my food. Previously, I counted calories and after many failed attempts, I decided I needed to try a different plan.
I am limited right now on the exercise that I can do because I am fighting a back and hip problem. I do some light weight lifting 4-5 times a week to get some activity in.
I know that getting some of this weight off will help with my back and hip problem added to that if I do not do something I will not have any clothes to wear in a couple months.
Thank you 3fat chicks and its wonderful members for still being here when I need you.

BACK, NEMom! Glad you came back! I'm sorry to hear you are battling a hip/back problem, but doing light weight lifting is great! I hope WW works really well for you! Good luck!
