Here I am again!
I'm not going to lie, I'm a little depressed for the return, but also excited to get started! I was doing so well in 2009/10, got down to the 170s from the 220s... moves, relationships, degrees, and new jobs later, I slowly got to the point that I could not bare to take pictures with friends and when I saw them I was absolutely mortified. I want to get to a point where I LIKE seeing myself out and about and having fun. Although I am totally self-conscious about my weight, I still do enjoy my life so much, and I would love some photographic evidence of that

I've lost about 20 lb so far by just being more active. Lots of fun travel, walking and sweating this summer have made for an easy transition into a healthier (again) lifestyle! Now, I'm going to start getting serious... I've signed up for the 90 Day Challenge at LTF, and am going to start whole30 in September... this time, the weight loss is going to be for good! I really enjoyed using 3fc the first time around and am looking forward to giving and getting support this time as well!! Thanks for listening! Please let me know if there are any good threads that you think could be of use! I am in need of some support and motivation
