I am a math teacher from NYC. During my summer off, I was SUPPOSED to re-double my efforts to lose weight. I joined a weight-loss support group back in September and I’ve lost 40 pounds so far...but I lost those 40 pounds several months ago. I’ve been losing and gaining the same 10 pounds or so since January. While I am glad that I haven’t gained more than 10 pounds, it’s still frustrating to be stuck for so long. Also, I’m not stuck in the sense of “I don’t know why this is happening”. I KNOW I’m still making poor food choices and I’m not sticking to an exercise plan. I’m hoping to change that a little bit at a time, though.
