Since you ask for feedback, if I were going to make any changes, I'd trade out the fruit for vegetables. Fruit has more calories and sugar, natural sugar, but still sugar. Most veggies are very low-cal, so you can eat more and feel fuller, and are just so good for you! But that's just my 2 cents. You have to do what you feel most comfortable with!
