Default Stranger in the mirror

Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. Can't wait to get started in this amazing community. Hope to be a productive member that can provide support, humor and advice as I am sure I'll be receiving so much more from all of you.

About me: I am 29, recently engaged to my FI, we live in hawaii with our two furbabies and I am overweight. I gained 30 lbs in 1.5 years. 30lbs when I already had 20 lbs to lose. I don't recognize myself anymore. I avoid mirrors and cameras as it's freaking me out to see a complete stranger staring back at me. My face is puffy, starting to get acne, I'm hot all the time and my boobs are so ginormous that bras are just too uncomfortable to wear. I hate that I am going to be a bride when I feel so ugly and uncomfortable in my own skin. This isn't me, I don't want my fiance to marry this imposter.

I have 73 days till my wedding. I have a strict plan backed by my doctor and I think I can get to my goal of losing 35 lbs by then.

The plan:
Limited to 1200 calories
No/low carbs - only some fruits ok
Clean eating, nothing processed or fried
No red meat
8 cups of water
No alcohol, juice or soda
B12 shot every 2 weeks
Natural herbs to balance hormones (I am estrogen dominant)
10k steps a day
45 min cardio 3x a week
Yoga 2 times a week

I work from home so I am able to completely devote my life around this diet. After the wedding I will move on to phase 2 (inclusion of carbs) so that I will gradually get to a more normal diet where I can at least have a social life. Any comments or suggestions on the plan?

I was also thinking of giving myself rewards every 15 lbs...like a new swim suit, jewelry, art pieces for the home, etc etc. Not sure if my rewards should be related to my weight loss or if it should be completely unrelated. Clothing vs art

Thanks for reading and I look forward to meeting all of you. Cheers!

MRSKarpie! I'm sure with as determined as you are and with motivation such as your wedding, you'll be able to stick to your diet for that length of time, and I wish you the best! Since you ask for feedback, if I were going to make any changes, I'd trade out the fruit for vegetables. Fruit has more calories and sugar, natural sugar, but still sugar. Most veggies are very low-cal, so you can eat more and feel fuller, and are just so good for you! But that's just my 2 cents. You have to do what you feel most comfortable with! Rewards, whatever they may be, are always good in my book, lol! Good luck and on your upcoming nuptials!
