Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and am really excited to get started.

My starting weight is 154 and want to get down to 130-135. I'm on the brink of being overweight and am afraid I will just keep gaining, so I want to stop now and get fit!
I will post more of my details in the 20-somethings support group to figure out where to start. I would love to chat with any of you and want to make some new friends. I will do my best to support you in your weight loss journey!!
