With a mother who specified that we would not be going dress shopping until I drop at least 30 pounds I knew it was time to make a change. I'm still unsure as to how I got to 168 pounds but at 4'11 I feel like I look like I'm almost 200 to be honest.
I'll be getting married in 2017 and the diet that I'm going to be working on is a combination of the Beck Diet for life and, when I feel comfortable with those cognitive behavioural therapy skills, Weight Watchers or Tone it Up, I haven't quite decided yet. I've had lots of success with life skills and CBT in the past so lets hope that translates to "diet skills". I'm feeling pretty pumped right now.
