Default Lilly

Hi I'm Lilly and I'm starting around 210. I'm really nervous about starting this journey but I know that is is important for my health and my life. Total transformation is my goal, and I want to shape up and tone. Any tips to start off?

Hi Lilly! This is a very supportive community and we will help you get to where you want to be! There are lots of different forums and threads, some are more active than others (just check the dates of the posts to get an idea), and we like newcomers, so just jump right in! One tip I have to offer is don't be in a rush. Your weight didn't go on in a hurry and it's not going to come off in a hurry, but it WILL come off, so just be patient! Good luck!
